Studio Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the studio. Full payment is required upon completion of each session. Invoices not paid when due, are subject to a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% annual rate on the unpaid balance) until paid. All tapes and or copyrights of the material remain property of the studio until the account is paid in full. If invoice is not paid within six months of the date issued the client forfeits the sound recordings and or copyrights and the studio may sell or release the sound recordings in an attempt to recoup its loss. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit is received. There is a 2-hour minimum booking charge, thereafter time is charged by an hourly rate. Block rates must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to session start date.

Cancellation Information:

Any studio reservation constitutes a contract. A 24 hour notification is required in the event of a cancellation or reduction of a reservation. A client failing to notify the studio 24 hours prior to the session is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, the client is charged for all time reserved. A four day notice must be given to reschedule block time less than four days long. Any block time over four days must give at least six days notice to reschedule. No block time is refundable after an anisole payment is made. No studio time is refundable after a session has accrued.

Studio: open 7 days a week, by appointment only.
Office: Open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Limits of Liability:

The use of all A&D Recording Studio equipment and facilities shall be undertaken at the clients risk. A&D Studio shall not be liable for any injuries or personal property loss or damages of whatever type or nature. A&D studio shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from equipment failure such as compensation payable by the client to personnel during any delay. A&D studio assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to musical instruments, any related musical equipment, recorded tapes, or personal property of client. Client's tapes will be stored, at the client's risk. The client shall obtain insurance against these risks. A&D studios, and any engineer or producer provided by the studio, assumes no responsibility for any lawsuits resulting of copyright infringement or sampling of copy written material. There will be no illegal use of drugs or alcohol permitted on or around the premises of A&D Studios.

A&D Studios reserves the right to make changes to this policy without prior notice.
